For AMUNI III, the keynote speaker will be David Bragg.

David Bragg is Retired from a career of 30 years in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and was the Representative to the Commandant of Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, AL. He teaches classified and unclassified post-graduate and undergraduate courses, currently at Auburn University, related to professional military education, the history of intelligence, covert action, and has a research background in aerospace engineering and aviation security. He also conducts outreach to US Military and Government officials on Intelligence, National Security, and Interagency and Joint Operations.

Mr. Bragg will speak on issues related to aviation and outer-space security from a national security and global context. 

Please note that due to space limitations in the conference space, some delegates will need to watch a live stream of the keynote speech from a nearby room; but they will be able to ask questions of Mr. Bragg after his talk.
